Our carrier partner has completed repair activities and is currently performing service validation and restoration verification. Connectivity appears to have been restored, and we are continuing to monitor the situation while final checks are completed. We will provide a final update once full service restoration has been confirmed.

Repair activities are continuing as the carrier works to restore and stabilize the affected infrastructure. Connectivity has been restored and services are currently operating normally; however, the carrier remains engaged and monitoring the situation while additional remediation efforts are completed. One of our upstream carrier providers is currently investigating an issue within their network. Field personnel have been dispatched to evaluate the affected infrastructure. No customer impact is currently being observed, and all services remain operational. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary.
